1. The service
Pic2Mesh AI (“the Service”) converts an image into an AI-generated 3D model using the open-source TRELLIS model and hosted inference infrastructure. The Service is provided as-is. Results vary, unseen geometry is predicted, and outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, watertight, dimensionally correct, animation-ready, or safe for manufacturing without inspection and editing.
2. Your content and output
You retain your rights in images you upload. You represent that you own or have permission to process them. Subject to the rights in your source image, applicable law, and third-party rights, you may use generated output for personal or commercial projects. You are responsible for checking the output before using it in a product, print, game, or public release.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- break applicable law or infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- process intimate imagery without consent, sexual content involving minors, or material that exploits or harms a person;
- create deceptive evidence, impersonation, fraud, harassment, malware, weapons, or other harmful material;
- circumvent limits, automate abusive requests, resell access to the Service without permission, or interfere with its operation.
Use is also subject to fal's acceptable-use policy. We may refuse requests, suspend access, or revoke credits for serious violations; unused balance will be refunded where appropriate.
4. Credits, payments, and refunds
One credit pays for one submitted generation. Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire. Payments are processed by Creem, the merchant of record; Pic2Mesh AI does not store card details. Because GPU cost is incurred when a generation is submitted, used credits and completed generations are non-refundable. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request. Approved refunds may take the payment processor additional time to appear.
5. Availability and changes
Queues, providers, models, limits, prices, and supported formats may change. We may pause the free tier or generation service to control cost, prevent abuse, or address technical problems. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is supplied without warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the preceding 12 months. You are responsible for your input, your output, and how you use or distribute it.
