For a failed generation, include the approximate time and what stage was shown on screen. Do not attach a private source image, password, or full payment-card number. If a payment is involved, the Creem checkout ID is enough to locate it.

Before writing, the generator explains which images work best, and the terms and refund policy cover credits and unused-balance refunds.
