Acceptable Use Policy

Pic2Mesh AI converts a user-provided image into a 3D model. You may use the service only with content you are legally allowed to process. The following uses are prohibited, whether they appear in an input image, requested output, or downstream use of a generated model.

Prohibited sexual and NSFW content

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, erotic, fetish, or otherwise NSFW content, including sexualized nudity or explicit sexual acts.
• Any sexual content involving minors, sexual exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or material that endangers a child.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized replicas of a real person, or attempts to create or distribute intimate content without every depicted person's informed consent.

Other prohibited uses

• Deepfakes, impersonation, deceptive evidence, fraud, harassment, stalking, surveillance, doxxing, or identity abuse.
• Illegal content; infringement of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights; or processing an image without authority.
• Material that promotes violence, self-harm, abuse, hate, weapons, malware, criminal activity, or exploitation of a person.
• Circumventing usage limits, automated abuse, reselling access without permission, probing the service for vulnerabilities, or interfering with its operation.

Enforcement and reporting

We may block a request, suspend access, revoke abusive credits, preserve records required for safety or legal compliance, and report apparent illegal activity where required. To report misuse, email login@pic2mesh.com. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
