1. What we collect

• The image you choose to upload and the generated model required to complete your request.
• Your IP address for free-tier and abuse-rate limiting.
• Your email address only when you choose email sign-in or contact us.
• Checkout identifiers, credit balances, and redemption history needed to deliver purchases.
• Basic product events such as generation started, completed, failed, or checkout started. These events do not include filenames, uploaded images, email addresses, credit codes, or raw error text.

2. How we use it

We use this information to generate your model, enforce free limits, deliver and protect paid credits, send requested sign-in links, diagnose failures, measure the product funnel, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information or publish uploaded images and generated models.

3. Service providers

The service depends on the following processors:

• fal receives uploads and performs AI inference.
• Vercel hosts the application, private account records, and privacy-conscious site analytics.
• Creem processes checkout, tax, and card data. Pic2Mesh AI does not store card details.
• Resend delivers magic-link emails when you request sign-in.

4. Storage and retention

Uploaded images and generated files are transferred through fal's storage and delivery systems and may remain temporarily accessible under that provider's retention practices. Do not upload confidential or highly sensitive images. Free-tier IP counters are held in temporary server memory. Account, credit, and transaction records are retained for as long as needed to provide balances, prevent double redemption, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. The sign-in session cookie lasts up to 90 days; you can sign out sooner. A credit code may be stored in your browser's local storage so you do not have to retype it.

5. Your choices

You can use the free generator without an account, clear local storage in your browser, sign out to remove the session cookie, or request access, correction, or deletion of account information. Some transaction records may need to be kept where required by law or payment disputes.
